Shana Santos is a self-taught artist living in South Alabama. Her work is a vibrant mix of abstract and graffiti-style acrylics. She uses an array of tools and colors to bring out the highlights of what each painting wants to become.
Shana rarely plans what she will create ahead of time, instead allowing each piece to speak to her throughout the process. This intuitive approach gives her work a raw, expressive energy that reflects both spontaneity and emotion.
She hopes that viewers enjoy her work as much as she has enjoyed creating it.
